Bentley Car Logo
Bentley Motors Limited is a British manufacturer of automobiles founded on 18 January 1919 by Walter Owen Bentley known as W.O. Bentley or just "W O".
Bentley started out manufacturing engines for WWI planes (such as the Sopwith Camel), later branching out to automobiles when Bentley Motors was founded in 1919. The meaning of the 'B' is clear, but what's interesting is that the number of feathers, and the colors used, would vary depending on the particular model of car. For example, vintage cars typically have thirteen feathers on the left, and fourteen on the right. Derby cars have eleven and ten. Crewe cars have ten each side. These days, eleven and ten is more common.
